the kingsize bedroom i had in the old castle section was lovely, great size and atmosphere. the hotel garden was really pretty and spacious. also, the staff were friendly and helpful.

i had a couple of issues with the spa treatments being cancelled last minute and the pool was a bit chilly. also, the air conditioning in the room couldve been better.

Finding our room was a hassle. we had to drive from the main reception, which caught us off guard. The dining experience was chaotic due to loud and crowded conditions during peak meal times, and the menu lacked variety. outdated facilities, particularly in the leisure center, felt more like a budget gym than a proper hotel.

The hotel is lovely overall, but it was a bit tricky to find our way around in the dark when we arrived since there weren't enough lights. Definitely consider upgrading your room for a much nicer stay! 🌟

Don't miss out on the evening meals in the brasserie. Just keep in mind, the hotel gates are currently down, so follow signs to the alternate entrance.

This place suits me perfectly! The indoor swimming pool, friendly bar area, and quick room service provide everything I need. The staff even helped me find parking during my first stay, making me feel so welcomed. I recommend enjoying a spa treatment! I'm coming back for Easter.
